The Customer Service Representative provides solutions, provides support and answers customer questions related to the company's products and services and processes any request with the objective of satisfying customer needs.


Responsibilities

• Ability to manage clients

• Time management, decision making and results oriented skills

• Experience in handling multiple communication tools (virtual calls, chats, emails, Microsoft Teams, etc.)

•Excellent oral and written communication skills (Spanish and

English)

• Excellent computer skills and keyboarding skills

• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
