Client Services Representative

Description:

-Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and handle their day-to-day needs, including equipment orders, coordinating travel, concierge services, and other requests.

-Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, agents, and other industry professionals.

-Ensure clients' satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and responding promptly to their needs.

-Maintain accurate records and databases related to clients' contracts, endorsements, and other relevant information.

Requirements:

-Term or graduate student of Business Administration or related areas.

-Bilingual (English and Spanish).

-Flexitime.

-US visa.

-Experience working in baseball.

-Knowledge of Major League Baseball.
